Kitzingen: At this year´s 15th Forum SOLARPRAXIS in Berlin PADCON will present next to its own SCADA system also PADCON´s PID solution.

Over the two days of the conference visitors can obtain information about installation, operation and effectiveness of PADCON Float Controller. In addition, Thomas Dorsch, Head of Sales & Marketing at PADCON, will show in his presentation "Module degradation by PID - how do I secure my yield" long-term effects as well as an economic analysis of PV power plants with installed Float Controller.

Since launch at Intersolar Europe in 2013, more than 200 plants were equipped with the patented Float Controller and therefore exempt from PID-related module degradation. PID protection is provided by the unique ability of the Float Controller to fix permanently the voltage level of the PV field in a positive and thus not allowing negative voltage with respect to ground on the module.
